IANTD - RECREATIONAL TRIMIX PROGRAM

This program is designed to help Advanced Divers, who are Nitrox Certified take the next step in their dive profiles.
The IANTD Recreational Tri-Mix Program allows divers to add Helium to their breathing gases, to further reduce the Nitrogen content of the mixture.
Reduced Nitrogen allows better management of Nitrogen loading, reduced effect of Nitrogen Narcosis creating better clarity and ability to handle task loading at depth.
This mix is designed to be used below 80 feet to a maximum depth of 130 feet, sport diving limits.
This program still uses No Decompression diving.
This program still uses selection of Oxygen content based on the M.O.D. programs from your Nitrox training.

Requirements:

• Advanced Diver rating
• Nitrox Diver rating
• Pony or Stage bottle with independent regulator
• Doubles or Single Tank with "H" Valve
• Two separate isolated regulators for safety at depth
• Surface marker and reel

Program requires 2 classroom sessions with 2 open water checkout dive sessions, 2 dives per session.
