Thank you for your help in purchasing new equipment.
All I wanted was a Snorkel....
The actual purchase of a complete Poseidon BCD and Regs was probably the best experience possible.
The DIVE ACADEMY program try before you buy method is greatly appreciated.  The equipment you display and sell in your showroom is well suited for every level of diver and their entire family.
The pricing is more than fair and the fact that you are not after anyones wallet until they are 100% comfortable opening it for their purchase is a greatly appreciated bonus.
The after sales service for SUIT UP and get the FEEL AND FIT just made it right.

Thanx again for an unforgettable life experience. Many "secret garden" photo ops- too many pics to take and so little time...

Loved the whole group dynamic going and so awesome that you had everyone bond before going on the trip- I think it made all the difference in the world, not so much like a blind date :)
Everyone seemed to get along great and there was no personality conflict, considering the diverse group involved.

I've just completed the IANTD Recreational TriMix certification course at The Dive Academy. I was impressed with the skills and knowledge taught by the Instructor; what a great challenge.

I am looking forward to diving to depths of 100’ all the while feeling the Nitrogen affects as if I was at half that!

I just wanted to thank you again for exchanging my leaking mask for me. I'm very "old school" when it comes to customer service and I have never seen a dive shop with better customer service than yours. The boys and I will be customers for life but I will also go out of my way to tell other divers I meet about the level of service they can expect at the Dive Academy.

The first day I opened the door to "The Academy" to inquire about an open water course Dean treated me like someone he had known for years. This is NOT a typical "take your money and cut you loose" place. The people here truly care, regardless of your abilities.

Thanks to Paula and Arturo for bearing the awful weather for my "check outs" in Welland. It will be hard if not impossible to find a better "buddy" than Paula. Thank you. Thanks Arturo for the confidence and diving instruction. Brutal weather again at "The Chip", But Dean and Paula are there to help again. You guys are amazing.

Thanks to Randy for the instruction and to everyone who helped in the pool and the classroom.

I came to the shop not knowing anyone, and finished with a number of new friendships. I come from east of Oshawa, but it is worth the drive to Oakville. This will be my dive shop of choice.

We selected The Dive Academy for our SSI Open Water certification because we wanted to "do it right" as opposed to taking one of those quickie courses you can get at a resort or at some of the other shops. Wow - our decision was well rewarded - the experience was simply amazing!

Randy and Jason were very attentive and focused on making sure we were always comfortable with the material and our surroundings. These guys know there stuff! And they shared their practical experiences along with the text book / video content to ensure we got the most from our sessions.

The remainder of your crew (too numerous to mention) made us feel like we were part of the family. They showed complete passion for the sport and were patient with the beginners.

But, perhaps the most important part of our customer experience, was how your team assessed each individual's progress and reacted to our specific needs to ensure we were ready and comfortable. We are ...... thanks to you.
